Cold Strawberry Soup


1 lb strawberries

2 cups of milk

1 cup sour cream or heavy cream

sugar or honey   (optional)

Wash and slice the strawberries. Put aside a handful of the fruit. Add the milk to the remaining strawberries and blend thoroughly.

Mix with the sour cream or heavy cream to a fairly thick consistency. You may add a little sugar or honey to it.

Decorate with the leftover fruit. You can also top it with whipped cream.
